Taylor Simpson is hosting a show focused around mental health. He will be doing a deep dive into mental health either of his own personal struggles or talking with guests about their struggles. Taylor hopes to reach people in need and let them know that they're not alone in all of this. That other people are also struggling with similar issues. He wants to build a sense of a community through his discussions on this podcast.

On this episode I have the wonderful and lovely Cristina! She is now my manager at the time of this release oddly enough. The birth of our work relationship started from having this conversation. I had a great time sitting down and talking with Cristina about her experiences dealing with mental health and how she's coped with things in her life. Very open and vulnerable moments throughout.
